Definition

• ‘Seller’ - Ivy House Designs
• ‘Buyer’ - the person named on the order form or purchase order
• ‘Goods’ - all the items to be supplied and all work to be done by the seller as specified in the order form or purchase order
• ‘Purchase Order’ the buyers purchase order or completed order form which specifies that these conditions apply to it
• ‘The contract’ is the arrangement between the buyer and seller, comprising the purchase order, these conditions and any other documents specified in the purchase order/order form

• Stock products will be despatched within 3-4 working days.
• Personalised products will be despatched within 4-5 working days. 
• We can post cards directly to the buyers intended recipient, just include the delivery address with your order
• All products leave Ivy House in perfect condition however, if any goods received are damaged please return the product, unopened within 3 working days of receipt
• If goods are not rejected within 7 days then they are deemed as accepted
• If you are not entirely satisfied with any products received we offer a full money back guarantee, the product should be returned unopened and suitably packaged within 3 working days
• We regret we are unable to offer refunds on cards that have been personalised or custom made to buyers specifications
• Once an order has been placed we cannot accept any alterations or additions to it

• Postage and packaging is free to the British Isles
• For overseas orders postage is calculated at the ordering stage 
• Payment should be made by credit/debit card or cheque/postal order (payable to Ivy House Designs)
• Any refunds will be returned in the same manner
• Please do not send cash through the post

• Our products are all handmade and as such there may be very slight variations from the original
• All sizes are accurate to within 2cms
